
Welcome. ROGUE YOGA is NOT a studio. Rather, It is a movable collective of like-minded practitioners who want something a little different, led by yogi Krishna Venkatesh. The collective stays the same, the physical space may move from time to time. Music and sound are very much part of the ROGUE practice, as is community and camaraderie. ROGUE strives to share only the best of the best instructors with the collective, which may include guest teacher workshops, alternative classes, and a few surprises!

Outdoor pop-up classes at Van Saun park in Paramus will be posted at least two days prior. Holiday schedule and other pop-ups will be posted here as well.
NEED TO KNOW INFO
1. All attendees, before their first class, MUST present a proof of COVID 19 Vaccination. You can either text a pic of your vax card, bring it to first class, or send a screen shot from your NJ COVID Vax app.
2. All Attendees must pre-register at least one hour before class via text to 917-334-8678. Text your full name, the word YES in all caps, And either the word CASH or VENMO.
4. Classes are $20 each. As the collective grows, discounts, cards, etc. will be offered. Venmo payments can be made to Krishna-Venkatesh-1
If you choose cash, exact change would be appreciated upon arrival. Digital payment is preferred
5. ROGUE will use props regularly, but does not provide them, so it is highly recommended that you bring two firm full size blocks and a long strap. Recommended:

6. Do NOT come to class sick! Sniffles? Sore throat? STAY AT HOME and REST! ROGUE will be here for you when you are feeling better!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
ROGUE FLOW MIXED VINYASA
A slightly rigorous but always adaptive vinyasa class. Musically-charged full practice with dharma, breath work, postures and delightful savasana rest at the end. Intermediate level–Some yoga experience required.
ROGUE SLOW MO FLOW AND STRETCH
Suitable for anyone, beginner to advanced. Injuries and issues always discussed at the beginning of the session to ensure that all are served. Relaxing stretches and restorative poses, dharma, breath work, joint-freeing with a yummy relaxation period with Great class even for the intermediate, or advanced if you just wanna chill and repair!
