Welcome. Namaste. Sat Nam.
My passion is to serve and offer guidance, compassion, and love.
About: I’m Krishna
I’ve been a yoga instructor for 14 years, bringing physical healing and mindful restorative practices to my students. I’ve taught in studios, outdoors, schools, privately, and for special events across New Jersey, New York, and three continents.
A core focus of my evolving practice is creating accessible, supportive spaces for the neurodivergent and autistic communities, ensuring that everyone, regardless of neurotype, feels seen and empowered on the mat. My specialized therapeutic work also extends to individuals navigating Alzheimer’s disease and those recovering from severe lower back trauma. Each individual’s abilities are assessed and crafted to optimally serve them.
My instruction is rooted in classical wisdom—including the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita—and infused with humor, contemporary culture, and a deep emphasis on music and sound.
My ultimate passion is to serve or seva—offering guidance, therapeutic movement, compassion, and love to help connect each individual with their highest self.

Music: Composition and Performance
I have been actively involved in the music business professionally for over 30 years. I’ve worked with such prominent artists as Herbie Hancock, Joe Strummer (The Clash), producer Nile Rodger (David Bowie, Madonna, Chic) and many others. In recent years I have focused on music for yoga and meditation.
I scored the soundtrack to Enlighten Up! a documentary film set out to prove that yoga can transform anyone.
I produced and mixed the album “ReBliss-Stars Revisited” by popular international yoga chant artist David Newman for the premier yoga record label White Swan.
I play a classical stringed Indian instrument called a Shahi Baaja. I like to play it live in vinyasa classes.
Here is some of my original music. I hope you enjoy it.
